With a few months still left in the year it seemed folly not to find another race to continue the momentum with my goal!

What could be more perfect than a 10km race (defo 15km next year though)...on my Birthday Weekend?! Taking place on Saturday 19th October in (I've been told) the picturesque Richmond Park.
It also helps that a few of my favourite people (Lunges & Lycra) and Brands (Chobani, Women's Fitness) are event sponsors!

Wanna join me at the Whole Foods Women's Only 10km?! Just visit their event page at http://humanrace.co.uk/events/womenonly/womenonly-run ...entries close at 9pm Monday October 14th (or earlier if full!). You even have the option to sign up for a 5km, 10, or 15km...and can run with a buggy!
Can't remember where I saw this phrase: I run, therefore I eat. It's kinda the other way round for me some of the time...but on October 19th I will be celebrating a fantastic race, and being a year older with a Brunch after the event!
Hope to see some of you at the race...and for a celebratory prosecco / coffee / smoothie after?!
