2014 is officially here! It definitely is a new year but some things don’t change. As much as we focus on changing the ‘not so positive’ maybe we should also think about retaining some of the success of previous years!
I plan on remaining goal orientated for 2014 and I have January’s goals all set up and ready to go!

I will be staying hydrated in January (and beyond) with the BRITA Boost Challenge!
To get things off to a flying start, I received a ‘hydration hamper’ just after Christmas in preparation for January. Take a look at what was inside:

Plenty to keep me occupied, pampered and stress free! I’m most looking forward to trying the body butter, downloading some new tracks to workout to and slapping on the mud mask!

Staying hydrated can really improve your January – it’s the key to better skin in this cold weather, improves performance whilst working out and also keeps hunger at bay. It’s recommended that we drink 1.2 litres of water a day – I’m taking up the challenge to do this! The BRITA Marella Jug will keep me hydrated at home whilst the BRITA Fill&Go water bottle will go with me everywhere!

So what else is lined up for me in January?! …Well, I will be attending a whole host of events including Morning Glory on January 22nd (if you’re in London, check it out, and come along?) and a Mixology event!
