The NEW Shock Absorber WomenOnly Challenge on Sunday 12th July, organised by Human Race is a great opportunity for female friends and family to come together to run, triathlon, duathlon or swim.  This first time an event will feature a Swim, Triathlon, Duathlon and Run in a single day aiming to bring female athletes of all abilities together and creating the UK’s biggest Women Only event.

This WomenOnly Challenge has a fantastic atmosphere to help first -timers cross the finish line, or to help seasoned challengers achieve a new personal best.

Set in the closed roads of Dorney Lake, the venue provides perfect conditions to race and for spectators to enjoy. The bike and run circuit is flat and the lake is clean and calm – just like an outdoor swimming pool without the lane divisions!

Every year, hundreds of women also use the event to raise funds for the official charity, Breast Cancer Care.
