I literally can’t believe we’re at the end of January 2018 already. Although it seems to have sped by, on the other hand, it has felt like the longest month EVER. either way it’s done and I’ve got your free February calendar download to share along with a few life updates while we’re at it…
TRAIN at Frame
Frame opened two new studios this month; one in Fitzrovia just a stones throw from my University campus and one in Hammersmith. I attended the training for the TRAIN room earlier this month so got signed off to teach their Cardio and Box Train classes… which are totally my jam. I’ve already taught in Fitzrovia and also at Hammersmith on their opening weekends and am excited to pick up cover whenever I can until I get my own permanent shifts.
Back To School
I’m almost half way through my second term of my Masters now. This term I only have the one module; Research Methods, so I doubt it’ll be inspiring any thought provoking blog posts I can share with you. There’s a pretty philosophical side to it all and social science is not my strong point so soon I’ll be knuckling down and spending all the time I can in the library reading and revising for my exam (it’s 3 hours long y’all!).
Vuelio Top 10
This little blog here has managed to stay ranked in the Top 10 Fitness & Exercise blogs coming in at number five for 2018. The list gets updated again in July so hopefully I stay ranked and will be shortlisted for the Awards. Check out the interview I did with Vuelio over on their blog here.
Pretty Little Thing | you can also catch me over on the PLT blog chatting with them about all things well-being.
…Anyway, enough about me! If you missed the January post where I shared a bit about Angela who designed these downloadable calendars for us then you need to catch up here.
Angela went above and beyond to create these wallpapers, one for each month in 2018 featuring prompts to remind you to take care of yourself and enjoy yourself in equal measure, all inspired by her Three Good Things blog series. This post is to share February’s download so you can get organised too…
