Either way, just make sure they fit well and they provide you with a good range of motion and you’re golden.
4. Breathable Top
Additionally, you should wear loose-fitting tops when exercising that allow you to move and feel free.
Whether this is a long-sleeved top to tackle freezing temperatures or a breathable vest, choose cotton fabric whenever possible. Not only is cotton good in quality and lightweight, but it will also allow airflow for drying out perspiration and absorbing excess moisture.
And bonus style points if your workout top coordinates with your leggings.
5. Warm Layer
Finally, a warm layer to throw on over your workout outfit is imperative during cold weather.
In particular, putting one on post-exercise will keep your muscles warm while minimising trauma to essentially speed up the recovery process. Winning.
