I’m not sure how many social media posts I’ve read that’ve gone something like, “how is it October already” and I’m probably guilty of similar stuff when I shared the desktop calendar for October not so long ago, but it’s alot! I get it though, time seems to be speeding by and really it’s down to age, huh?! (lol)
But, time moving so fast for me has meant my level of organisation has hit an all time low especially when it comes to food. I guess that’s where I’m lucky through the blog getting to try lots of awesome new products and I’ve got a fair few to share with you from Eat Real!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
Is it not?! It’s also my favourite. And with how busy I’ve been with the new job and travelling sometimes I don’t have time to eat breakfast! So it was a no brainer to try out the Raspberry&Pecan with Choc Drops Granola (you might’ve seen my Instagram post about it?!). I used half a cup of granola and just added 4 generous tablespoons of natural yoghurt and breakfast was sorted in a matter of moments!

I absolutely loved this granola… mostly because it actually tasted like a treat and it kept me full long enough to not need to snack before lunchtime. They have a few other options available plus a plain version (which you could customise to your own preferences) and rolled oats.
Just Remove The Temptation…
…and pack your snacks in your bag. Otherwise I will pop into a coffee shop, buy a coffee… and a brownie… and a chocolate croissant… and the damage is done (when this happens like, every other day).
So my bag has been stuffed with options from the EatReal.today snack’ology range including their ‘roasted & salted macadamia & cranberries mix’ which I just eat straight from the bag (as pictured in the images at the top of the post).
The packet of ‘raw luxury assorted nuts’ got demolished so quickly I didn’t even have time to take a picture to feature on the blog or IG!
Other Tips To Eatreal.today
1. Empower yourself by brushing up on your knowledge and skills required to eat healthily and cook healthy meals.
2. Have a plan! You know what they say – Fail to plan, and you plan to fail. Maybe sit down one evening and plan out a weeks menu, order everything you need and then spend a few hours making everything ready for the next few days! I might have to try this one myself!
3. Get inspired! Treat yourself to a new cookbook or just buy a few options from the EatReal.today range and then hit up Google / Pinterest for recipe ideas to use them!
What are your tips for getting back on track with eating when time isn’t on your side?!

I do all my food shopping online for home deliveries, so I narrow down the amount of “bad” things and stock up on healthy things so there’s no temptation or excuse.
I love your blog! I’m from Essex as well – lovely to see fellow bloggers from the area!
