October 2018.

Well, we made it peeps. We made it through September, which for me was THE busiest month of the year so far, but I suspect and hope it will remain in that top position. I started a new job, I reduced my teaching schedule, I hot footed to Amsterdam for the day for a two wheeled adventure, I started my Sports Massage course, I started training for myself again… the list is endless. And if there’s one thing I learnt, it’s that you can’t be everything to everyone. I made a list of the aspects of my life; so like University, the 9-5 (6 actually) etc and worked out what was my priority and needed to give. And I’m feeling good about every decision I make, every no I respond with and know that those who care will support me 100%.

But now, it’s October and as well as celebrating that I [we?] survived September, it’s my birthday month too so I’ll be looking to not take life to seriously for at least a day! …and finally it’s time for the calendar update; your free October 2018 calendar download is here!

These monthly calendar downloads were designed by Angela, who went above and beyond to create these wallpapers, one for every single month in 2018 featuring prompts to remind you to take care of yourself and enjoy yourself in equal measure, all inspired by her Three Good Things blog series.
