It’s almost London Marathon Weekend! …and of course I’m excited even though I’m not running. Wanna know why?!
London Marathon Weekend Smoothie Station
…well firstly because I will be popping up in lululemon Covent Garden as Borrow My Blender to blend up a smoothie storm for everyone in store on the afternoon of Saturday 21st April 2018. I have a few awesome recipes to share on the day including one from The Organic Protein Company specifically to help runners refuel and recover!

On Sunday, I will then be taking up my usual spot on the sidelines to cheer everyone running on the day! Check out my FB page for the details in the ‘Cheer with Elle’ event and come and join me if you won’t be running… I shared my experience on the blog the first time I went back in 2014 and now it’s become a bit of an annual tradition!
I have a competition for you…
Function360 Physiotherapy Clinic in Moorgate London have given me a MOT / Recovery session to use as a prize for one lucky person running on Sunday. The MOT will consist of a full assessment with one of their specialist Physiotherapists with the goal of the session being to identify any underlying imbalances or injuries and begin your recovery process immediately… ready for your next big challenge, right?!
