MetCon meets HardCore in this 30minute session. Short, quick and a fair bit sweaty – there’s no messing about with HIIT & Core. Warm up, get in a solid few minutes of HIIT then we hit the floor for core in the second half. The result? That sweet endorphin glow up.
Suitable for all levels, we may use a weight here and there, bring what you have.
Strength 30/ BEYOND StRength
Switch up your functional training with this 30 minute strength workout…it’s time to lift some heavy sh@t!
Bring a kettlebell or dumbbells; if you don’t have traditional weights, get creative (loaded up rucksack or 5L bottle of water, anyone?!). Anything between 4-8kg is ideal and if you have a heavier, that’s an added bonus
We’re gonna build some endurance, increase our strength, and blitz every muscle group in our bodies.

Get ready to crunch, twist and plank your way through this 30 minute workout for your middle! Suitable for all levels, no equipment needed.
Yin yoga with OLIVIA
Join us for 60 minutes of mindful stretching to relax both your body and your mind. The session will begin with some breathwork before moving into our (slow) Yin flow.
This is where you’ll find your ‘comfortable edge’ alongside stillness, allowing your muscles to go deeper into each stretch. We’ll wrap up for the evening with a short guided meditation, also known as Yoga Nidra.
ashtanga yoga with OLIVIA
Get ready to flow dynamically from posture to posture while focusing on energy and breath. This practice will be rooted in a series of movements followed in Ashtanga yoga and is suitable for all levels; modifications will be provided where necessary.
Whilst this is a very physical practice, Ashtanga yoga also promotes mental clarity and inner peace, so each session will begin with breath-work and end with a short mediation to complete the flow.
How To Access Classes:
All live classes take place on Zoom, in the KISE studio. There is one universal link for all classes.
Booking is no longer necessary with a membership – just turn up on time for the class you would like to attend.
You will be provided with the link when you sign up for your chosen membership. It is also pinned in the private Discord channels for members (you can claim the role when you sign up) and the weekly schedule will be posted on Ko-Fi along with the link, accessible to members only.
How Do I try a class before committing to membership?
Well, firstly there is no commitment needed anywhere. You can book a drop in class via the booking system above, or buy a drop in pass. If you choose a membership, it can be cancelled at any time!
