As a perimenopause / menopause fitness specialist I can support you through menopause exercise classes, with exercise plans or 1:1 Personal Training.

Yes, we take a look at what you eat, because we all have similar nutritional needs but more importantly we build skills related to how you eat and work on your relationship with food to support and care for your body whilst adapting to changes, priorities and lifestyle.

Self-care is all about looking after your body, mind and spirit in a way that aligns with and honours your best self. We’ll also take a deep dive into sleep and stress at a time when what has worked for you until this point suddenly… might not.
