About Your Studio Membership
Can’t make the live workouts? …You can use this on-demand studio membership as a supplement to the live classes you can make or as a stand-alone thing!
All the weekly workouts are recorded, and you get unlimited access on a monthly basis to keep things fresh. Exclusively recorded workouts will also be added to the collection – you’re free to make requests (I can’t promise I’ll be able to fulfil them all though 😅).
And if you ever wanna join a live class, or need some 1:1 support, you’ll access those at a discounted rate.

How Does The Studio Membership Work?
- Sign up to the Studio Membership via my Ko-fi memberships page.
- You’ll get the password to access videos from Ko-fi.
- Click the button for the month of workouts you’d like to check out, pick a workout and enter the password.
- This is a rolling subscription, which you can cancel at anytime.
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE VIDEOS?
As long as your membership is active, you will have access to the catalogue of workouts. Currently the plan is to update them on a monthly basis, so you’ll have the last 3 full months plus exclusive recordings which will be accessible permanently.
Safety always comes first. If you are new to exercise ensure you seek advice from your GP. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, wear appropriate clothing and carry out drills in a suitable space. Technique is paramount, and nothing should hurt. Should you experience pain, discomfort, nausea, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath etc, STOP and consult your GP.
Your Workout Library
Classes are suitable for all levels, all the time (unless otherwise stated). Not being live means that I won’t be able to share specific alternatives for you but I typically do always share alternatives during the class.
The only classes you need equipment for are Kettlebells or Strength – but you can use anything – or Rollin’ With My Foamies where you will need a foam roller.
What classes are available?
Metcon 30:
Short, quick and hotter than hell – there’s no messing about with MetCon.
In just thirty minutes of solid HIIT, you’ll test your lung capacity and conquer your cardio quota like the endorphin-crazed machine you are.
Hardcore 30:
Get ready to crunch, twist and plank your way through this 30 minute workout for your middle.
HIIT & CORE 30:
MetCon meets HardCore in this 30minute session. Short, quick and a fair bit sweaty – there’s no messing about with HIIT & Core. Warm up, get in a solid few minutes of HIIT then we hit the floor for core in the second half. The result? That sweet endorphin glow up.
Suitable for all levels, we may use a weight here and there, bring what you have.
Kettlebells 30:
Switch up your functional training with a 30 minute LIVE recorded kettlebell workout that builds endurance, increases strength and blitzes every muscle group in your body.
One kettlebell will do – anywhere between 4-8kg and if you have a heavier one, that’s an added bonus.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, get creative. We’ve had a 5L bottle of water used, or even regular dumbbells.
STRENGTH 30:
Switch up your functional training with this 30 minute strength workout…it’s time to lift some heavy sh@t!
Bring a kettlebell or dumbbells; if you don’t have traditional weights, get creative (loaded up rucksack or 5L bottle of water, anyone?!). Anything between 4-8kg is ideal and if you have a heavier, that’s an added bonus
We’re gonna build some endurance, increase our strength, and blitz every muscle group in our bodies.
Badass:
You’re about to squeeze, squat, lift and burn your way through a class that whoops your ass to give you glutes of steel and thighs of iron.
Join this LIVE recorded session for 30-45 minutes focused on your lower body for strength and toning. *inserts peach emoji*
A mat, towel, water bottle and your high energy is all you need to bring to this class to be prepared. Low / no impact options always provided.

We’re bringing the benefits of HIIT training and foam rolling into one class with HIIT & ROLL … so no excuse not to put that foam roller to use, eh?!
Catch up on-demand for this 45min class focusing on full body with recovery built in.
You will need a mat and a foam roller (if it’s a Manta foam roller, then eeeeven better!) Class is suitable for all levels but some foam rolling experience would be useful.
