Since 2020, I took fitness online and honestly, it turned out to be a blessing. I got to connect with a new and bigger audience, meet so many different types of people and grow as an instructor too.
There are so many ways to sweat with me – from my live online classes, joining me on a ride, working with me as your Personal Trainer (from anywhere in the world!), through on-demand classes via my Ko-fi shop as well as my corporate wellbeing offering.

Favourite Routes
Mott Street: Join us to start building your fitness on the bike. We’ll start in Loughton and take a steady ride over to Mott Street. The hill is broken down into 3 sections which you can take at your own pace. Riding hills makes everything else seems easier!
Tawney Common Chat Laps: This is a great route to build up some fitness, and work on your speed. It’s a simple 11km ride out to Tawney Common, with each loop of the common being a further 3km. The loop consists of one left turn, no traffic lights, barely any incline and minimal cars or people.
Epping Forest Gravel Ride: This route is 10 miles and suitable for those with a good level of fitness, and limited off-road experience. We won’t leave anyone behind though!
The terrain is suitable for mountain bikes or cyclocross / gravel bikes. I ride my cross bike – the Liv Brava.
