
Weekly On-Demand Workouts
Welcome to the keep it simpElle on-demand studio. This is where you get access to the weekly live session recordings – so if that work call just won’t end or you have other plans, you can catch up within the week.
Classes are suitable for all levels, all the time. Not being live means that I won’t specifically be able to share specific alternatives for you but I typically always share alternatives.
The only classes you need equipment for are Kettlebells – but you can use anything – or Rollin’ With My Foamies where you will need a foam roller.

How Does The On-Demand Library Work?
- Purchase a weekly pass via my Ko-fi shop.
- You’ll get the password from Ko-fi. That password will allow you to watch the videos for the current week.
- Click the button for the workout you would like to do and enter the password.
- Currently, this is not a rolling subscription. You will need to purchase each week before Tuesday.
How Long Do You Have Access To The Videos?
You will have access to the videos for the entire week – Tuesday to Monday. On Tuesday, after the morning classes, videos will be updated.
Safety always comes first. If you are new to exercise ensure you seek advice from your GP. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, wear appropriate clothing and carry out drills in a suitable space. Technique is paramount, and nothing should hurt. Should you experience pain, discomfort, nausea, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath etc, STOP and consult your GP.

Tuesday Workouts

Metcon 30
Short, quick and hotter than hell โ thereโs no messing about with MetCon.
In just thirty minutes of solid HIIT, youโll test your lung capacity and conquer your cardio quota like the endorphin-crazed machine you are.
Suitable for all levels. No equipment needed.

Hardcore 30
Get ready to crunch, twist and plank your way through this 30 minute workout for your middle.
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED.
Suitable for ALL LEVELS.

RWMF 30
A 30 minute guided foam rolling session covering lower body.
Wednesday Workout

Kettlebells 30
Switch up your functional training with a 30 minute LIVE recorded kettlebell workout that builds endurance, increases strength and blitzes every muscle group in your body.
One kettlebell will do – anywhere between 4-8kg and if you have a heavier one, that’s an added bonus.
If you don’t have a kettlebell, get creative. We’ve had a 5L bottle of water used, or even regular dumbbells.
Thursday Workout

Badass
Youโre about to squeeze, squat, lift and burn your way through a class that whoops your ass to give you glutes of steel and thighs of iron.
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED.
Join this LIVE recorded session for 45 minutes focused on your lower body for strength and toning. *inserts peach emoji*
A mat, towel, water bottle and your high energy is all you need to bring to this class to be prepared. Suitable for all levels.
Low / no impact options always provided.
Friday Workout

Get ready to crunch, twist and plank your way through this 30 minute workout for your middle.
