Feels like yesterday I was waiting to take delivery of a pair of the newest Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 3 training shoes (which never turned up) and before I blinked, the Nike SuperRep Go training shoes were being hailed as a much more comfortable version.
I did finally get my hands (or feet lol) on the Air Zoom, and didn’t exactly love them but when I got the SuperRep Go 3’s, it was all love from the moment I laced them up.
The Nike SuperRep Go 3 trainers cover all of the bases when it comes to a great pair of workout shoes. They are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, flexible, and supportive, which makes training as easy as ever.
For me, when purchasing training gear, the functionality and quality of the material are at the top of the list of priorities, especially when it comes to searching for the perfect pair of training shoes.

Nike SuperRep Go 3 For Training
The Nike SuperRep Go 3 training shoe will perform the best, or help you perform your best, when used for circuit training or workout classes – whether that’s in the gym, at your hotel (y’know, when we’re allowed out again) or at home in your living room.ย
I can confirm that the Nike SuperRep Go 3 shoes run true to size, so you don’t have to worry about playing a guessing game when ordering. Both the length and the width of the shoe fit snugly without slipping during movements.
By design, the Nike SuperRep Go 3 fit tightly, but not tight enough that they are uncomfortable (unlike the Air Zoom IMO). When you order these shoes, you will be completely fine ordering them in your normal shoe size.ย
Comfort and Support
There are two standout points of these shoes – the comfortable cushioning and lateral support they provide. The outside of the shoe is packed with foam, as you can see by looking at the stack height. Foam means cushion, meaning your heel, midfoot, and forefoot will all be protected from impact.
The drop-in insole has a gel-like cushioning, which makes these shoes perfect for bodyweight workouts. With the cushioning in the heel, they would not be ideal for weight or strength training.
However, the real standout of these shoes is the lateral support. Nike has โarcsโ in the front areas to envelop the foot all the way to your heel.

You should remember that these are shoes for circuit training and bodyweight and best used indoors. If you choose the Nike SuperRep Go 3 in white like I did, a lot of foam is exposed, and it can be damaged outside. They’re defo not durable enough for heavy outdoor use.ย
Comparing Nike SuperRep Go 3
Letโs look at the Nike SuperRep Go 3 compared to some other popular Nike training shoes.ย

Nike SuperRep Go 3 Vs. Metcon
The major difference between SuperRep Goโs and Metcons is the functionality of the shoe. Nike Metcons are more versatile for HIIT training classes and workouts. You can wear them for running, and they won’t break down easily.
However, the comfort level of Metcons vs. SuperRep Go cannot be compared. The SuperRep Go is in a league of its own when it comes to breathability and overall comfort of a training shoe.
Nike SuperRep Go 3 Vs. Air Zoom SuperRep 3
The SuperRep Go 3 is a lighter and more flexible version of the Air Zoom SuperRep 3. The Go is perfect for home workouts or on-the-go training.

Compared to the Air Zoom SuperRep 3, which is more suitable for high-intensity workouts, the SuperRep Go has a complete mesh upper that makes it easier to travel with and move in.ย
In Summary…
Nike SuperRep Go 3 training shoes are a fantastic shoe that you can use for bodyweight training circuits. They are more affordable than other Nike options as well.
Though these shoes should not be used for outdoor running or heavy strength training, they are perfect for indoor training and movements.
You are gonna love these ifโฆย youโre on your feet all day between training and just living life! You’ll get the balance of function and comfort with the SuperRep Go 3’s!
Think twice ifโฆ you’re looking for shoes to train outdoors (esp in the cold). The upper is mesh so veeeery “breathable”.
Elle
Thanks for the review. I got envy to try them. One question: you say true to size and when you order these shoes, you will be completely fine ordering them in your normal shoe size. With true to size do you mean your ”normal’shoe size in mocassins, sneakers, boots, sandals, pums or your normal size in training shoes? For many people the last means 1/2 size up from their daily shoes at work.
Interesting. For me true to size means same as what I wear in other styles, so I’m a 5 in everything that is true to size including these. I’ve also never had to size up in Nike as far as I can remember… always worn a 5 (and these are my work shoes hahahah ๐)
Might have to invest in these, need a new pair of everyday shoes that are comfortable and great for exercising! They look pretty trendy aswell. Thanks for the awesome review!
you’re welcome Lara! I’m about to get my second pair as I’ve found them so comfy!
