I always try to be involved somehow - I’ve run the half a few times, volunteered as sweep cyclist (riding for 3 hours) and then lead cyclist (riding 78mins) another year, but no matter what, I try and make it for the 5km.☀️ And whether the weather is a blessing or a curse, probably depends on whether you’re running 5km or 21km, huh?!🕶️ wearing my @we_are_sungod ZephyrsIf you’re on @strava hop over there to sign up for the SunGod 'See Better' Challenge. Went out to ride with @lecolcyclingclub on Tuesday

Went out to ride with @lecolcyclingclub on Tuesday evening and had a blast tbfI was one of only two women* (plus Tara in the pic with me from LC__CC) and I was the only person who wanted to ride ‘party pace’ 🤷🏾‍♀️😝Was my first proper ride out on Eudaimonia the Empowered (my Liv EnviLiv) so was a great opportunity to get a feel for the set up. Think a few tweaks need to be made - maybe lifting my saddle a bit for starters.Also, was not fuelled well enough for this ride and as I got hungrier, I got slower 🤪 but a quick snack when we got back to The Lucky Saint Pub, made sure I had energy to finish my ride home (well, to the other side of town to catch the Central Line 🚇)Out again this weekend with @beyondcycling.club - we’ve scheduled monthly irl rides for Spring / Summer whilst we work on relaunching the coaching and community for 2023 and… well, beyond!*𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘤 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘳, 𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘱 🥰 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘨𝘰 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦!
