A few us hit the road today for some Halloween Hills 🎃 the goal was to climb Mott Street (IYKYK) and see if we wanted to do it again.

First time up, swore blind I wouldn’t do it a second time. But a few minutes recovery had us feeling crayzee so down we went for round 2 😝 even ended up with a PR 🙌🏾 absolutely must be the bike 🤩

Confession time: I’m terrible at actually talking about what I do 😂

I’ve been teaching online classes for over 5 years now (!!) and somehow still forget to shout about them. Oh — and I’m back in the studio too 💃🏾

Here’s the vibe:
💦 HIIT & Core – Short, spicy and a little bit sweaty. We warm up, hit some intervals, then finish strong with core.

🍑 Strength – Lifting heavy (ish) things to future-proof your body. Because strong is not a size.

🚴🏽‍♀️ RIDE – Disco lights, banging tunes, and good vibes only. We move with the music and leave the outside world at the door.

All my sessions are designed to make you feel something — stronger, calmer, more alive — not to “fix” anything.

Spent a whole day, chasing an awesome bunch of women over 170km around the Baden Wine Region in Frieburg to capture their energy and smiles 🏍️🤳🏾🚴‍♀️🥰🇩🇪

Would you believe me if I told you that spending the day hanging off the back of a motorcycle is tough work?! 🤪😅

Super grateful to Andreas who kept me safe and kept me company as we ate our way around the route along with the riders 🙌🏾 looks like I might have to start learning German on Duolingo for my next visit (with my bicycle) to Freiburg 🤩

It’s been ages since I’ve spoken about my swimming

It’s been ages since I’ve spoken about my swimming journey on here, eh??

My weekly swimming lesson has been an anchor in my schedule for just over a year now… without doubt, the most consistent I’ve ever been 🙌🏾

When I learnt to swim in my thirties, I worked as hard as I could to get ready for my first triathlon in around 6 months… and although I managed to pull it off, there was still ALOT of room for improvement.

Having now completed RideLondon 100 and London Marathon, my goal is to be able to complete @swimserpentine (2 miles) to get myself a London Classics Medal.

It’s always great to have a goal to work towards but the biggest win has to be the solace I’ve found in the water 🥰 my lessons challenge me (current mental block is diving, despite being the one that begged our teacher to try it and having done it before, yet now, I’m too scared (???) to jump off the pool edge) but I’ve realised I need to commit to more time in the pool outside of lessons - so I don’t lose my feel for the water - if I want to progress.

This week, I’ve actually made it to the pool, once outside my lesson 🎉 here’s hoping I can do the same next week, and the next week… and the next.

Swim Serpentine, I’ll be coming for you. Eventually lol

Only remembered to film this when we got back to Loughton 🤪 so busy streets you get lol had to cut out me patiently waiting while cars drove through the shot and pedestrians walked by.

The route itself was insanely beautiful… you don’t have to believe me 😂🤣😂 gimme a shout if you ever want routes or a ride buddy for Epping Forest 🙌🏾
