It’s fast approaching 2 years since I stepped up t It’s fast approaching 2 years since I stepped up to the RIDE podium 🤩 and what a ride it’s been 🙌🏾🎵🎶

As an instructor it’s one heck of a journey; I’ve worked hard on leaning into being myself and bringing my style and energy to every class - music led, intentional, a bit chaotic, VERY Millenial 😝

There are a few “anchors” I have in my classes that I love and this is one of them; encouraging riders to set an intention during the warm up track for our time together. Nothing else could make us show up harder - AND enjoy it more 💥

This year, I’m firmly back into my intentions, affirmations, manifesting era. I’m currently OBSESSED with listening to one particular song for this every morning - if you want the Spotify link (for the whole playlist) lemme know 👇🏾

Less starting again.
More consistency that actually fits around life.

For the first time ever, I’m not starting again in For the first time ever, I’m not starting again in January.
I’m carrying on.

I learned to swim as an adult.
I went from clinging to the wall, panicking in the deep end, to now actually - just about lol - swimming lengths.
Messy. Slow. Un-glamorous. Progress nonetheless.

So 2026 isn’t a “new year, new me” situation.
It’s a keep going situation.

Next stop: Swim Serpentine – 2 miles 🏊‍♀️
Not rushed. Not perfect. Just earned.

It’s learning new skills as an adult.

It’s stopping before burnout instead of after it.
