I think every family has their own traditions over the holidays that they create over the years, and for me, Christmas shopping at Boots has been a part of mine.
I specifically remember one Christmas some years ago where I picked up a variety of gifts for my Mum from Boots, and packed them in my case to take to Barbados. Their 3 for 2 Christmas presents offer is literally legendary!
With things being a little different this year, I’ve put together this Christmas Gift Guide, to help you find the perfect gifts to spread a little love.
Gifts For Her from Boots
I started off by checking out the fragrance gift sets and found one of my favourites – Paco Rabanne 1 Million. The set contains a 50ml Eau de Toilette, a deo-spray and travel spray.
Gifts For Your Eco Friends & Family
When thinking about gifting, I know I have personally been trying to think about the impact on our environment. Boots is the first major UK retailer to offer a gifting range of certified CarbonNeutral® products and I loved the BBC Earth Eco Bathroom Starter Kit they have.
The kit has everything you need to create a planet friendly bathing routine with a recycled wash bag, sisal saver bag, cleansing konjac sponge, organic cotton pads, shampoo bar and soap bars.
As well as being carbon neutral, the kit is vegan, cruelty-free and with zero plastic packaging.
You don’t need to blow the budget when choosing your gifts from Boots. As well as the for 3 for 2 Christmas present range, there are tons of budget-busting bargains from under £5 to fill up Christmas stockings.
I loved having a look through all the beauty gifts – for as long as I can remember, I’ve tried to take care of my skin. I spotted that Boots had a selection of face rollers, so I chose the Danielle Creations amethyst facial roller to try out over the holidays.
The mechanism of face massage is said to promote blood circulation, boost collagen and help to reduce puffiness. While we have some extra time at home, adding a few minutes of massage onto our self care routine is a perfect way to relax.
Looking For Your Festive Spirit?
Now we’ve made it to December, it feels like the countdown is on to make it to Christmas but the levels of festivity seem minimised. I considered not bothering with a tree or decorations but then I made the choice to enjoy the season for what it is.
If you’re looking to add some sparkle to your Christmas, or your loved ones (near and far), check out the range of gifts available at Boots… there literally is something for everyone.
How is your Christmas panning out?! Are you creating new traditions or upholding your regular ones?!
This post is in conjunction with Boots UK, but as always, all thoughts and opinions are my very own!
