It seem just like yesterday when I came across Passion Planner and their kickstarter campaign. I first posted about the Passion Planner way back in November of 2014 and it seems so many others fell in love with the concept and design at the same time! In 2015 I backed their second kickstarter so I was set for 2016… that year I backed the project for 3 planners, kept one for myself and sold the others on eBay to help recoup some of my postage costs. Fast forward to 2019 and I just ordered a Brilliant Blush Passion Planner for 2020 which is currently winging it’s way to me. Fingers crossed I don’t get whacked with a customs bill. Update: No customs charge!!
Quote from 2015: “[the Passion Planner] embodies everything I try to have in my life. Living each day to the maximum, not forgetting what it is you want to achieve in life.”
Meet The 2020 Passion Planner Collection:
What Is A Passion Planner?
Well, essentially it’s a mix between a diary, a journal and a goal setting planner. It comes with a roadmap to help you plan your goals over the next 3 months, 1 year and 3 year with a 6 month version so you can check in half way through the year and see how things are going.
Quote from 2015: “At the start of the year, I sat down and scribbled out my 3 month, 1 year, 3 year and lifetime goals. With this starting point, I broke each goal down and created a roadmap of how I was going to get there. One example was my house move planned for April 2015; I broke down all the tasks that needed doing in the lead up to the move and everything that would be done during the move and after. I was so ridiculously planned that my move was as stress free as I could ever have imagined!”
There is a monthly planner, and then a weekly planner with each day divided into 30 minute slots. I’ve been using the Passion Planner for 4 full years now through my MSc studies, through, moving house (a few times) and through my time working at lululemon when I was working shifts and really, really into self development and goal setting.
Quote from 2015 post: “It’s been great to have my goals (short term and long term) there with me every single day to serve as a reminder! There’s also space to check in at the end of the month and plan the next month ahead! I record events, appointments, workouts, social meetings, work hours and training plans with each having it’s respective colour so I can see at a glance how my week balanced out!”
Get 10% off Passion Planner
I ordered my planner direct from Passion Planner as there is no kickstarter. Postage to the UK was $7 when I ordered… compared to $18 back in 2016 or so! If you spend over $40 you get free shipping in the US. You can also get 10% off your order if you use my referral link which is a bonus if you’re the US and takes the sting off the postage if you’re in the UK.
Word on the street has it that the 2020 Passion Planner will be available on Amazon UK later on in August so when that happens I will update this post and the links below to shop direct. They were available on Prime one day delivery when I ordered my 2019 one so that will hopefully be the case again for 2020. Till then, the links below take you to the Amazon Global Store where you can purchase the Passion Planner Academic version for 2019 – 20.

What Size Should You Go For?
First of all, it’s worth noting that you can get a free Passion Planner PDF (pictured above) via their website if you want to try the layout before you buy. Some people choose to only ever use the PDF by creating covers themselves and getting them bound. I personally prefer having the original and supporting the great causes they always choose.
There are 3 different sizes available now – small, medium and large. I have tried all three sizes and for 2020, as for 2019, I will be using the medium. The medium was a new size for 2019 and they did actually get rid of one of the other sizes but everyone must’ve protested enough so they brought it back. The Passion Planner community is quite a passionate and vocal one… if you think you can hack it, search for and join the Facebook Groups.
Anyway, the small was too small in my option. The large is too big to carry around and like Goldilocks over here, the medium has been just right!

Passion Planner Daily
Newly launched in a Kickstarter campaign in November 2019 is the Passion Planner Daily. The Passion Planner Daily is made to organise even the most chaotic of schedules, so kinda sounds perfect for me. I backed them on this Kickstarter after testing out the layout (you can get the free PDF download here), making it in time for the early bird price and, well, just to show my support as I’ve backed all previous Kickstarter campaigns.
Daily Passion Planner Benefits:
⭐ Drill down your focus to what matters to YOU (not just what has to get done for everybody else)
☝️ Put your passions and self-care FIRST
? Celebrate your small (and big!) wins
⚡️ Power through your challenges to crush your goals
I got myself the Daily Brilliant Blossom Set – it’s currently making it’s way to me from the USA and should be here before the start of 2020. They only come in the small size, which I haven’t used for a couple years but if I’m gonna be using two planners having both as medium would prob be too much. Once I get them and start using them, I’ll come back here and share my thoughts.
Get Creative With Your Passion Planner:
Sometimes I get a little envious of the really creative people who have their planners looking like works of art but at the end of the day, I do what I do with mine because it works for me! If I had more time and energy to think what I could draw and add I would! On a creative note though, I used the plain white pages to sketch out my plan to decorate the living room and where all my picture frames / ornaments and clock would go back in 2015! You can check out my collection of passion planner accessories on my Amazon Storefront below…

I lllove planners! Stationary overall, but planners in particular. Filling them out is the best fun, but it does also ensure that I get my shiz done. These look so beautiful as well!

Thanks for stopping by Teresa!
Tbh, I’m not the best at fully utilising my planner but I plan on rectifying that sooner rather than later! The main thing is, I have a beautiful space to keep note of everything I need on a day to day basis!
