Looking for a way to take your yoga studio online? There are a ton of choices to choose from and each presents unique options. So how do you select the best yoga studio software? We’ve taken the time to look at all of them and have selected the top five that you should consider.
Before we dive in, we had a few requirements. First, we looked at software that caters to small studios. It needed to be simple and easy to use. Second, we wanted an “all-in-one”. As small business owners, we don’t have time to connect other tools or products. We wanted time savings. Here are the top five products that you should consider:
1. Yottled

Simply put, Yottled is the easiest all-in-one platform that we used not only for us – but also for our clients. You’re able to do everything from automating schedules, managing customers, processing payments, and more. Best of all, clients don’t need to register for a Yottled account before registering for a class. Yottled claims this can increase sales by more than 29%.
It was the best yoga studio software that we used for a small yoga studio. Yottled provides simple memberships, marketing, multiple employee management, and more. Best of all, it starts at $49/mo for everything with no upsells (seriously – everything).
2. Zen Planner

It’s hard to find faults with Zen Planner. Like Yottled, they focus on increasing your sales and claim to increase sales by 20%. You’ll quickly get everything you need to establish your schedule, memberships, and more.
As your business grows, you’ll start to pay more with Zen Planner. It starts out at $117/mo but will quickly get you focused on your clients and away from the boring technology.
3. MindBody

The domination of MindBody is strong and it’s easy to see why. They have every feature possible to manage your business. In addition, they help you get customers through the marketplace, manage employees, and more. It’s a powerful tool for a yoga studio of any size.
The downside – is that MindBody is expensive (starts at $139/mo) and also markets your customers to other competitive businesses in your area. Thus while they help you get customers, they’re also helping other businesses get customers – your customers. You’ll have to decide if that’s worth it.
4. Vagaro

Like MindBody, Vargaro is a powerful all-in-one yoga studio software, however, it’s starting to show its age. You’re able to get everything you need but it’s not what we wanted from a user experience. Things seem clunky – not only from an admin experience but also from a client sign up perspective. It made us continually wonder how our customers would enjoy signing up for a class or an appointment.
While we were able to get our task done, we expected more, especially given the price. Vagaro starts off at $25/mo and then quickly scales with upsells to more than $250/mo.
