Having just completed a 25 hour team cycling race, I don’t think that the topic of rest and recovery could be anymore pertinent. I’ve been enjoying a few days of reduced activity levels, while ensuring I eat well and hydrate.
Last weekend, I took part in Red Bull Timelaps, am event I first did in 2019 and I’m sure I’ll do again. This year was of course very different – being completely virtual. I’ll write up my experience of the weekend in due course, but until then, I have my latest podcast feature to share with you.
